Return Policy

If the product is defective, or if you accidentally order wrong product, returns or exchanges can be accepted within one week from the date of receipt of the product. Please note, however, that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.

 

1. If the product is being used.
2. If the statement “the product cannot be returned” is displayed in the product page.
3. If the returns/exchanges procedure exceed one week after the arrival of the product.

 

In case of returns or exchanges due to defects, the shipping cost will not be billed to you. For other reasons, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Refunds, if any, will be processed within five business days after the receipt of the products.
